Regrettably, the first sentence in the second paragraph of the Discussion, on pp. 338–339, was incomplete. The correct text should read:

In the only other published HVEM autoradiographic study on bud cell proliferation (Delay et al., 1986) known to the present authors, the relative proportion of circumvallate papilla gemmal cell types in young adult mice was: dark cells, 50%; light cells, 25%; intermediate cells, 15%; and basal cells, 10% (perigemmal cells were not classified in the report).
